Hi, I'm A 37 Yr Old Female And I Have

Hi, I'm a 37 yr old female and I have been sick with fever, cough with phlegm, achy back and body for a constant 4 days and now I've got diarrhea and runny stuffy nose and I feel like it is getting worse. I have been medicating with vitamin C, ibuprofen and mucinex that only lasts for about 4-6 hrs and then I have to take more ibuprofen. Is this something that is going to go away or do I need antibiotics?
