Hi, I'm A 39 Year Male That Has Had High

Hi, I'm a 39 year male that has had high blood pressure. 150 over 100 upon standing from resting. I used to work out a lot so I'm failure muscular. My Dr. Put me on generic Zeneca 5mg and I've been on them for 3-4 months. I notice slowly but surely I am becoming more fatigued, dizzy, confusion and even tasks like walking tire me. Concerned and looking for advice.
