I'm a 39 year old female. I've been suffering severe fatigue, numbness and tingling in the hands and feet, brain fog, memory loss. My MRI says
Periventricular and subcortical white matter signal changes consistent with chronic micro vascular ischemic change identified. What does this mean? My doctor did this to rule out MS, does it or does it go with MS?
