Hi I'm A 40 Year Old Female An I Have

Hi I'm a 40 year old female an I have severe chest congestion and I was just wondering what would be best to clear it up I do have COPD and asthma I am a smoker about a pack a day and I do have problems with my thyroid I do have a problem with medications I have a phobia but I am on a z-pack and prednisone but I'm scared to take the prednisone because I don't want to counter react with my thyroid I'm not taking no medication for the thyroid though I'm still in the process of getting it taken care of I just need some kind of suggestion on what to do to get rid of the mucus out of my chest you can respond back if possible at my email
