Hi, Im A 41 Yr Old Female, Think I Might

Hi, Im a 41 yr old female, think I might be hiv infected by a guy I met online, based on my symptoms. But I just haven't gotten tested yet. Symptoms include sore throat feel like I'm developing a cold, but I'm not sneezing yet. Throat feels uncomfortable my menstrual cycle started Friday but stopped after two days. I have swollen lymph nodes under arms. I need to also mention that I was scared so I actually started taking H202 food grade hydrogen peroxide 35% when I first noticed the sore throat. I've been taking that for a couple of weeks now, sore throat went away, but I stopped taking it because of swollen lymph nodes under my arms. Now I'm feeling like alll symptoms are returning
