Hi I'm A 42 Year Old Female. I Have Had

Hi I'm a 42 year old female. I have had the same pain that goes threw my left breast ro my left shoulder blade. Sometimes it can be a stabbing pain. This has been goin on for years. Sometimes it goes down my left arm and in my jaw. I have had stress tests done and a halter monitor and an ultrasound of my heart and they say my heart is in perfect health. What else can it be?
