Hi. I'm A 42 Year Old Male And Have Had

Hi. I'm a 42 year old male and have had pain in my growing area on left hand side for around a month. Primarily noticed it while doing physical labor or long day on my feet. I'm in shape, workout regularly but did have a kidney stone around 6 months ago, which was the first i had experienced of that. Tonight the pain seems much worse while walking or bending or picking something up. Any ideas that immediatlke come to mind ?
