Hi, I'm A 43 Year Old Woman . My Periods

Hi, I'm a 43 year old woman . My periods are all over the place. Heavy , light. Heavy , light , excruciating cramps, dizziness, shakiness, hot flashes , night sweats, migraines, and a one day blood pressure spike. The one day blood pressure spike is horrible. I feel awful. I get very tired and feel like my heart is beating out of my chest. It's very scary. Is this a normal part of peri menopause ?
