Hi, I'm A 43 Yr Old Female And I've NEVER

Hi,
I'm a 43 yr old female and I've NEVER had any previous liver issues in the past. My AST level has always ranged from 24-27 and ALT ranged 14-16. Unfortunately, I had a positive TB Quantiferon showed Latent TB exposure which I was then given ISONIAZID to take for six months. My rheumatologist informed me that my AST now 116 and my ALT is 114. I've lost about 12 lbs, poor appetite and have recently had a low grade temp no higher than 99.8. Now I'm expecting upper (thorasic) back pain which I've never experienced before. Just to add, I also suffer with Systemic Lupus, Sjogren's Syndrome, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Raynauds and other "carry-on" issues from those illments. How concerned should I be, if any? I'm asking you because I no longer work or have insurance, therefore, most of my medical care is out-of-pocket and I recently became a beneficiary of "county benefits", it may take some time before I can see a specialist. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks
