Hi I'm A 44 Year Old Male And Like The

Hi I'm a 44 year old male and like the other gentleman.Im getting some bloody in the under pants.not all the time,just some times.I do drink a lot of squash maybe 3-4 litres a day everyday.I do suffer from sporiatic arthritis all through my body,do I do take a lot of tablets.please can you advise
