I have edematous lower extremitues, my voice is weak and I have a cough, doctors said I have left horner's syndrome, weakness of eye closure and decreased palatal elevation, I also have impaired swallowing. Motor strength is reduced proximally than distally and I have absent reflexes on the upper limbs and ankle. There are no Babinski sign
