Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I'm a 51 female who recently has a cscan on my face because I have a bony lump on my upper right cheek bone. Cscan results show a well defined osteolytic lesion on my right zygoma which measures 15 x 15 mm. I recently had a physical mannogram chest X-ray and bone density test and blood work. All test came out good. My urine test came out positive, which was no surprise since I recently had a urinary track infection. I have no recollection of any facial trauma. I noticed the growth shortly after a Botox injection. I have had minor facial numbness in that area for over 10 years but thought nothing of it since it was so rare and mild with no obvious growths. What type of doctor should I seek out and should I have this removed immediately or just monitor it. What's the best way to remove it without deforming and scarring my face. Please advise
