Hi, I'm A 51yr Old Female With A Distended Stomach

Hi, I'm a 51yr old female with a distended stomach with sharp pains on the upper right side just below my breast. I'm also experiencing extremely dry mouth that tastes like I have a salt block I'm sucking on, all I can taste even licking my lips is salt. My legs & feet have also swollen to the point that the little vessels around my knees & ankles have popped. I get what feels like "hot spots" on my legs that are very painful as well. I appreciate your time and apologize as I don't know if these issues are related or if they are completely separate. Thank you again, Shanda
