Hi I'm A 52 Year Old Female And The Doctor

Hi I'm a 52 year old female and the doctor gave me metronidazole and doxycycline for pain in my urine and tummy after I took the first dose after 30 min I started to shake and had to grow up 3x when I smell food I have to throw up. Is this one of the side affects ?.
