Hi I'm A 55 Year Old Female Who Surfs About

Hi I'm a 55 year old female who surfs about 3 times a week and is active in the garden or the odd bike ride or walk. I'm finding that I tend to get a headache the day after a surf if i don't surf that day. The headache is usually comes on gradually and lasts anyhing from 6-12 hours and sometimes it will make me feel queasy for the last couple of hours of it's duration.
