Hi, I'm A 62 Y/o Male Who Is Generally In

Hi, I'm a 62 y/o male who is generally in good health, I am a diabetic (type 2) that's being controlled nicely with medication and diet. I also have GERD. My question, is that when I awake in the morning, it feels like stomach acis is welling in my stomach and I get these intermittent aches on the upper right side of my abdomen, once I eat something, it feels better, but still feels like something is not quite right. I take Januvia and Jardiance, as well as Crestor and Nexium 40mg which does not seem to work. I'm due to see my PCP next month. Any ideas on what may be causing this?
