Hi, I'm A 77yr. Old Male, I Have Type Two

Hi, I'm a 77yr. old male, I have type two diabetes and high blood pressure. I occasionally when in bed wake up with pins and needles and numbness in my left hand. Even when I'm not sleeping on my left side. Would appreciate your opinion on this.
