Hi, I’m A Virgin, And I Have Been On Iron

Hi, I’m a Virgin, and I have been on iron supplements for a week now. Yesterday I noticed blood in my discharge, along with some itchyness. No pain or discomfort. This has happened twice. I got my period on the 10th to the 15-16th of this month. What could be the reason? I do not suffer from any diseases of any kind. Only a dificency in iron and vitamin D, hence the supplements.
