Hi I'm A Community Carer And Found A Client Assumed

Hi I'm a community carer and found a client assumed to be dead .she had DNR form on dressing table .I panicked rang ambulance .didnt touch her at all blood black from nose laying in dark stuff not sure if blood.then 20 mins later foam from mouth .does this mean she was dead when I found her ?
