Hi. I'm a fifty year old female, smoker. Almost a week now thought I pulled a muscle under my left breast from coughing in my sleep. It has progressively getting worse, and hurts when I lay down or cough. Hard to breathe. I'm an accountant for a company, desk job not alot of exercise. Should I go to the hospital? Thanks, Stacey.
