Hi,
I'm a healthy/fit, nonsmoking 46 year old male. I woke up last night around 3am with the right side of my face "asleep" (tingling) similar to when your arm falls asleep if you lay on it the wrong way. I could move my face, and once I woke up and moved my position (I was sleeping on my right side) it took about a minute for the tingling to go away and then I felt normal. I wear a mouthpiece for snoring and have for a year or so. I wonder if I just pinched a nerve or something but thought I'd get an opinion on this.
