Hi, I'm A Heathy 47 Male. Symptoms Are A Bruised

Hi, I'm a heathy 47 male. Symptoms are a bruised feeling on upper lip to the touch and although I have a mustache I don't see any discoloration or blistering. No noticeable changes on skin. The pain is inside the upper lip just around the edge from the center to the right. I did lightly kiss someone for the first time 2 nights ago.
