Hi, I'm A Male, 45 And I've Been Experiencing Intermittent

Hi, I'm a male, 45 and I've been experiencing intermittent feelings of heat flashes on both sides of my face and on both arms. I've also had a feeling of numbness on the right side of my face for a couple days. When I wake up I feel fine but as the morning progresses the feelings return. I sit for long periods of time and drive as my occupation.
