Hi I'm A Parent To A Special Needs Child(Grin2b) Similar

Hi I'm a parent to a special needs child(Grin2b) similar to rett syndrome while doing therapy today I scratched my eye I didn't know I had a stye well she put my hand into her mouth before I washed it . Do I need to be concerned?(other serious infections)
