Hi, I'm A Software Engineer And Currently Affected With CNS

Hi, I'm a software engineer and currently affected with CNS TB for past 5 yrs, I had the multi drug resistance problem so I was preferred with second line drugs that RCIN, Levofloxin, Ethomide, cyclorine, benadon, clobozam.. Recent MRI contrast shows 6mm , initially 12mm. Past 3 yrs It was with 6mm only. When I will be cured alright? What is the diet and work nature should I have?
