Hi, I'm A Student And I Have Had This Fairly

Hi, I'm a student and I have had this fairly large dent right at the back of my scalp. It is sometimes painful and when I try to make out it's shape, It feels like the dent is getting smaller in width as I go up my head. Is this something I should be concerned about?
