Hi, Im A Teenager At The Age Of 16. Today

Hi, Im a teenager at the age of 16. Today during chemistry, I had a sharp pain in the left side of my head. Then followed was numbness, its better now but I still feels numb. I don't know what it is, I had an what seemed to be and anxiety attack and I have had a few migraines and headaches. What could this be
