Hi, Im A Young Women Who Just Started Taking A

Hi, Im a young women who just started taking a low dose of birth control pill. After a 5 hours of taking my first birth control pill I started to feel a tingling feeling on my groin, my thigh, there is a little bit of pain that goes away for a bit and then comes back. I owuld like to know if there is any chance that this could be a the beginning of a blood clot on my leg? Is it possible to start having symptoms of blood clots right aways after starting birth control pill? Should I contact my doctor about this symptoms ?
