Hi, I'm Almost 32 Weeks Pregnant And Yesterday Night My

Hi, I'm almost 32 weeks pregnant and yesterday night my urine was bright orange! This morning I went to toilet and my poo was soft and when I cleaned myself, the paper was bright orange, so as my panty. The smell was very strange. Seems that it is gone now, though I did not drink more water than usual.
I did not eat anything that could dye my urine or poo. I am taking pregna care since 2 months.
Is it my kidneys or liver? Could it be an infection? I have strong low back pain since yesterday.
I also have MS disease and was experiencing numbness since almost 2 months in my hands, legs, back and neck, now gone except for hands.
Could you please advise?
