Hi I’m almost 50 and 3 moths ago my hands started cramping real bad .Now I can’t hold a pen or brush teeth anything they get stuck.Then started in my legs and feet when I sleep I wake every hour they go into my groin area now I screach in pain takes forever to walk them off really scared?
