Hi. I'm Almost 52 And In The Last Few Days

Hi. I'm almost 52 and in the last few days I've been suffering with a severe pain in my right side above my right side and below the last rib. When I sit up straight it goes down into my pelvis and yesterday it started to move around to the front tummy area between the same areas and like a hot sensation in my back and constant Ipain. When I try to get into a standing Position or sit down. The pain is like someone has winded you or something is twisted. It become a content lain the last two days and the only thing that helps it a little is a hot water bottle.i would appreciate you imput.
