Hi I'm An 18 Year Old Male. I'm Relatively Healthy

Hi I'm an 18 year old male. I'm relatively healthy and get sick once or twice a year. I'll experience symptoms my sick friends get. However I won't run a fever like they will. The last time I had ran a fever was in middle school. I'm not so much concerned as I am curious as why I haven't ran a fever in so long.
