Hi, I'm An Type 2 Diabetic Patient, On Insulins So

Hi, I'm an type 2 diabetic patient, on insulins so sugar is in control but now recently I was diagonized with MDR TB, I'm having injections and medications for it. My main query here is that what food stuff can I have, I'm a non-veg restricted to Chicken, Shrimps, Mutton Liver. Can u please tell me the Food I would be able to have in such conditions
