Hi I'm Asking About My Nan She Is 73 Yo

Hi I'm asking about my Nan she is 73 yo and has had a lot of heart issues. She has a pacemaker and Stent but was admitted to icu last week with complications and they said her heart function is only 10 percent she was stable enough to be moved to ward but yesterday she had a stroke that has affected her speach and left side of her body and they told us she does have a blood clot in her brain. I'm just wondering what this all means and what the survival rate could be?
