Hi I'm Concerned I Fell About Two Weeks Ago And

Hi I'm concerned I fell about two weeks ago and landed on my behind and it left a giant bruise dark purple black red nasty bruise now the bruise is going away and there's a huge lump in the middle the bruise doesn't even hurt anymore but the lump does it's painful to hit or bump up against anything and I'm concerned it feels roughly the size of a baseball or so
