Hi I'm Currently 11 Days Late With My Period Have

Hi I'm currently 11 days late with my period have done 2 home pregnancy test but came back negative I have had all symptoms of pregnancy and I went to doctors for bloods waiting on results but today I have experienced mild cramping coming and going and a bit of spotting on a pad but a light period when I go to the toilet, am I pregnant or is there something wrong ?
