Hi I'm Currently 2 Days Late For My Period, I

Hi I'm currently 2 days late for my period, I took a home pregnancy test and it came out negative. The last time I had sexual intercourse was three weeks ago and we used protection. I had mild cramps this last week and backaches, but no sign of period. My breast seem to be normal but I've had a lot of vaginal discharge and my vagina seems really tight. I don't have nausea but I have this knot in my throat but j think that's because of anxiety. Recently I got pain in my jaw and k read that's related to pregnancies but I'm not sure. Thanks.
