Hi I'm Currently 24 Weeks Pregnant And Got Some Pain

Hi I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant and got some pain which I think could be either a water infection or the baby lyin on my bladder. Iv taken paracetamol but there not helping was just wondering if I could take 30mg of codeine phosphate for the pain? Is this safe to take in pregnancy? It's just to see me through until I see my midwife.
