Hi, I'm Currently On The Pill And Have Had Two

Hi, I'm currently on the pill and have had two take a couple courses of antibiotics.
About a week ago I started to get signs of early pregnancy (nausea, headaches, sore tender breasts, feeling tired all the time, craving fruit and a few cramps) I'm currently in the middle of my pill cycle. This morning I noticed some brown discharge. I have taken a pregnancy test but it was negative. Am I taking the test too early or could I just be not pregnant. I've never had discharge in the middle of the pill cycle before and have been on the pill for nearly 2 years.
