Hi, I'm Currently Still Taking Prednisone And Nexium For My

Hi, I'm currently still taking prednisone and nexium for my ITP condition. I started smoking marijuana about a month ago because I couldnt take the side effects anymore and it helped tremendosly. I was able to sleep and decrease the effects of the medicine.
I just got my spleen removed a week ago and I want to go back to smoking once in a while marijuana and non nicotine electronic cigarettes. My surgeon told me I'm not allowed to smoke at all anymore & this concerns me I have a vaporizer and a pipe what am I supposed to do with these? And if I'm stressed and wanna get high? I cant now . No one told me I wouldnt be able to smoke after sugery. Help
