Hi I'm Dealing With Extremely Itchy Skin With No Rash.

Hi I'm dealing with extremely itchy skin with no rash. It usually happens after I've taken a shower, but it has been terrible all evening tonight. I learned it might also be caused by stress. My job is very stressful and I really don't even want to go anymore. I'm trying to figure out how to stop the itching.
