Hi, I'm eight weeks pregnant and have nausea 24/7. I only have to be sick about twice a day but I feel like I can't eat a lot and have been eating only very plain non-nutritional foods. If I drink too much water it comes back up straight away. I'm sure this is normal but I'm just a bit worried about not getting enough fluids and nutrition for the baby. My next appointment with my doctor is in about two weeks. Does this all sound normal or is there anything I could take to help? Thabkyou so much!
