Hi , I'm Experiencing A Black Dark Spot On My

Hi , I'm experiencing a black dark spot on my lip that has been there for 2wks now . I've tried a lysine lip chap and hydrocortisone to help with the itching . I've even tried apple cider vinegar to help with the discoloration and it burns . I've been peeling some dead skin . Idk what else to do to get rid of it and I've been covering it with lipstick . What could it be and how can I fix this ?
