Hi, I'm Experiencing A Pain In My Chest, In Between

Hi, I'm experiencing a pain in my chest, in between my rib cage that I can only explain as gurgling. Kind of like when your tummy rumbles but it's between my ribs. It's very uncomfortable and is happening quite often. I have pretty bad tonsillitis and I've been prescribed antibiotics. Had some diarrhoea with it. I was wondering what it could be and is it serious? Thanks
