Hi I'm Experiencing Bad Pain In My Upper Left Part

Hi I'm experiencing bad pain in my upper left part of my stomach. Kinda below my rib. I can feel it in my upper back also. It goes up into my chest too but not like heartburn. Its been there constantly for 3 days... sometimes more painful than some other times. Also feel it in the right side too but mostly the left side.
