Hi I'm Facing This Problem From Past 6 Months, First

I'm facing this problem from past 6 months, first 2-3 months I have ulcer's during my periods,which come with my periods & last for 1 week or less, but from last 2-3 months I m having ulcer's with red itchy spots on my face,which come during my periods, n last for 1 week...
Please help me I'm planning to visit my doctor, but tell me, what is this, I have never experienced this before, some says that it may be because of hormonal changes, I don't know what it is......
