Hi, I'm Feeling Congested And Its Affecting My Hearing And

Hi,
I'm feeling congested and its affecting my hearing and its annoying. Whenever i blow my nose i feel better for a little bit but then i feel congested again after about another minute and I feel like i need to blow my nose again in order to hear. This keeps repeating. Should i take claritan (albeit I don't think I have allergies) or is there something else I can do? Thank you very much.
