Hi I'm feeling like I have something moving in my upper and lower stomach feels like my intestines are full and moving that's the only way I no how to describe it and I tryed to use the rest room and it burned really bad made me jump off the pot also I've lost almost 45 pounds in a little over 4 months do u no what this could be I was thinking it was a tapeworm idk
