Hi. I'm Female, 23 Years Old And I Recently Have

Hi. I'm female, 23 years old and I recently have been diagnosed with pcos, gastritis, and possibly endometriosis. I take 40 mg of protonix 2x daily. I've been having chronic chest pain, heavy palpitation in right side of chest, head, right side of throat and stomach. I have blacked out a few times and feel dizzy and cloudy minded . memory shot. Constant pelvic pain both left and right. Bad migraines.I'm not sure if I should go to e.r
