Hi, I’m From Oman 42 Years Old I Have Psychiatrist

Hi,
I’m from Oman 42 years old I have psychiatrist problem, I can’t speak or meet people one or more my hart getting nerves and my face look like I’m going to crying, I’m very worries loss my job because looking after team they need every day meet them and report to the manger but with this problem hold me back and everybody notes the change to my face when I talk. Very shy with this and I lose my face front of people. So please if you can help me with this problem it will be great.
Or if you need me to go meet the doctor India I will available have 7 day leave on January 1st.
